



Old Dominion defensive standout Jerome Carter (6-1, 190) committed to Clemson out of the transfer portal, according to On3’s Hayes Fawcett. Carter was a second-team All-Sun Belt selection this season and finished second nationally with six interceptions for the Monarchs. He starred in an ODU secondary that recorded fifteen interceptions this past fall. He’s the third free agent signing by the Tigers.
