



South Carolina 112-Missouri 71 Game Summary
COLONIAL LIFE ARENA
- South Carolina won the first quarter 33-13 with seven different players scoring while holding Missouri to 25% shooting. Grace Slaughter scored 12 of the Tigers’ 13 points.
- The Gamecocks won the second quarter by five points, and led 57-32 at halftime. Joyce Edwards had 17 points, and the Gamecocks had 21 points off of 12 offensive rebounds.
- The lead grew up 30 points early in the third quarter before the Tigers trimmed it to 22 points going into the fourth quarter. The Gamecocks then revved it up one more time with a 27-8 quarter, finishing the game on a 24-2 run.
- Madina Okot led the way in the fourth quarter with 12 points and six rebounds as the Gamecocks shot 60% in the quarter.
- Okot recorded her 19th double-double on the season with 26 points and 17 rebounds. Edwards added 23 points and four rebounds.
- With the win, the Gamecocks clinched the outright SEC Championship for a fifth straight league title.
- The Gamecocks extended their current winning streak to nine games, all in the SEC, their home winning streak to 20, and their home SEC winning streak to 56.
- USC finished 16-0 in the regular season at the CLA, the fourth perfect home record in the past five seasons.
- The Gamecocks are 28-2 overall and 14-1 in the SEC and will wrap up the regular season at Kentucky on Sunday.
- USC will be the #1 seed in the SEC Tournament next week in Greenville.
