Second year Tennessee coach Josh Heupel came to Atlanta Thursday feeling confident that he has restarted the winning tradition in Knoxville in just one season. The Vols went 7-6 last season but won four SEC games and claimed third place in the East. What’s really got Vols fans excited about this season is an offense that averaged 39 points per game last season, seventh best nationally.
