USC worked thru its 9th spring practice session Thursday morning. The Gamecocks are off Friday and will hold their second major scrimmage of the spring Saturday. Next week they are scheduled to practice Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Their spring game is set for a week from Saturday, and up to 15,000 fans can now attend.
Following Thursday’s practice, running backs coach Montario Hardesty and special teams coordinator Pete Lembo met with the media via Zoom to discuss the progress of the players they are working with in their respective rooms.
