Having LaNorris Sellers throwing to your position group has its perks. Working with the likes of Nyck Harbor and Jayden Sellers doesn’t hurt either.

On Thursday, the University of South Carolina Board of Trustees approved a one-year contract extension for wide receivers coach Mike Furrey. While his annual salary of $650,000 wasn’t changed, his contract now runs through the 2027 season. Like his fellow assistants, Furrey received a two-year extension following the 2024 season, which increased his annual compensation from $425,000 to $650,000. That contract was set to expire at the end of this calendar year.
