South Carolina QB coach Kendal Briles offered TCU commitment QB Jerry Meyer III (6-0 170) of Waxahachie, TX, a player he recruited while at TCU. As a freshman in Nevada, he threw 58 touchdown passes. Last season he passed for 2073 yards with 28 touchdowns and 7 interceptions. For his career, he has passed for 8092 yards, 115 touchdowns and 17 interceptions. Clemson offered Dutch Fork DT Jaden Wuerth on Tuesday night. Defensive tackles coach Nick Eason was in for a visit and made the offer. This season he had 62 tackles with 18 tackles for loss and 14 sacks. He also has offers from USC, NC State, Duke, Vanderbilt, Miami, Penn State and others.
