Wofford OF Tyler Bak is transferring to South Carolina, according to D1 Baseball. Bak played two seasons with the Terriers. He has a career batting average of .311 with two home runs, 14 doubles and 39 RBIs. He’s also stolen 25 bases.
Former South Carolina pitcher Ryder Garino has committed to NC State.
Mercer 1B/OF Ty Dalley is transferring to Clemson. In three seasons with the Bears, he had career numbers of .286 with 58 home runs and 188 RBIs.
Georgia transfer INF/OF Bryce Clavon committed to Clemson over the weekend. As a freshman this season, he played in 27 games and batted .333 with one homer and two RBIs.
Clemson LHP BJ Bailey has reportedly entered the transfer portal, according to On3. The Woodruff native spent three years at Clemson after transferring from Spartanburg Methodist. He was a reliever in 2023, missed all of 2024 with an arm injury, and had six starts this season. In 38 career appearances at Clemson, Bailey had a 4-7 record with a 5.17 ERA.
Upstate INF Vance Sheahan committed to Miami. Sheahan was the Big South Freshman of the Year two seasons ago. In his career with the Spartans he batted .321 with 15 homers, 23 doubles and 86 RBIs. He also stole 30 bases.
RHP Connor Frail of Gaston College, NC is transferring to the College of Charleston. In two seasons he was 14-3 with a 3.92 ERA. He averaged 8 strikeouts per nine innings.
South Carolina target RB Carsyn Baker has Florida and Florida State at the top at this point, he told On3. He has his official visit with the Gamecocks on June 20th.
South Carolina target DE Gustaf Henriks Ras of Sweden was offered by Georgia.
