

South Carolina dominated the fourth quarter to pull away from Ole Miss 75-59 in Oxford, Miss., Thursday. The Rebels kept it close for three quarters before the sixth-ranked Gamecocks clamped down defensively in the final minutes to run their conference record to 14-1.
Sania Feagin made ten of her 13 shots to set a career-high and lead all scorers with 22 points. Chloe Kitts registered the first triple-double of the Gamecocks’ season with 16 points 13 rebounds and 10 assists. It’s South Carolina’s first triple-double since 2021 (Aliyah Boston).
Ole Miss was down by just seven points entering the fourth, but USC opened the period on a 16-6 run to ice the game. The Gamecocks’ defense again led the way, holding the Rebels to 37% shooting from the field.
South Carolina has won three straight since the decisive loss to UConn on Feb. 16. USC will return to Colonial Life Arena to celebrate Senior Day and play host no. 15 Kentucky in the regular season finale, Sunday. Tipoff between the Gamecocks and the Wildcats is scheduled for 2 p.m.
