2026 Ridge View WR Jordon Gidron was offered by Stanford. That’s the latest major offer for Gidron who has received offers from coast to coast going into his junior season. He has named a top list of USC, Tennessee, Georgia, Ole Miss, Alabama, Auburn, Miami, Duke, North Carolina, Florida State, NC State and LSU. this summer he made stops at USC, Clemson, Ole Miss, Georgia, North Carolina, NC State and Auburn.

Florida State commitment WR Malik Clark of Rock Hill told Loui Bezjak of The State he still hears regularly from South Carolina despite his commitment to the Seminoles. USC was one of his finalists when he committed to FSU in July. Clark said USC receivers coach Mike Furrey and offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains have been in touch over the past couple of weeks and told him he’s always got a spot with them. He said North Carolina, another of his finalists, is also continuing to contact him.

One-time USC and Clemson target SAF Jontae Gilbert of Atlanta committed to Georgia Saturday.

2027 DB Joshua Dobson of Catawba Ridge was offered by Texas.

White Knoll DB Devin Geronomi committed to Richmond.

Hammond TE Mike Tyler is the next 2025 prospect in the state set to make a commitment announcement. He is scheduled to do so Saturday. He has a stated top three of LSU, West Virginia and Duke.

Clemson and USC made the final seven with 6-8 Zymicah Wilkins of Arden, NC. He will take officials to South Carolina September 13th and Clemson September 27th. His other officials will be to NC State, Dayton, Villanova, Georgetown and Georgia.

One-time USC commitment RHP Henry Prindl has committed to Creighton.

2025 USC baseball commitment Peter Mershon of Eastside has reopened his recruiting.

2026 SS States Farr of Spartanburg has decommitted from USC.
