#STRecruiting Notebook 5-29

The first weekend in June is coming up and that means the return of official visits to Clemson and USC. For the Tigers, this coming weekend will be their lone official visit weekend of the summer. They have earmarked most of their top uncommitted targets with the hope that many of them won’t leave uncommitted. One of the major national recruits scheduled to be in is SAF KJ Bolden of Buford, GA. He visited Clemson for a junior day in January and this will be his first visit back since then. He’s a player at a position of need for the Tigers. “They’ve been telling me there’s not a lot of depth at my position and I can come in and try and help the team right away,” Bolden said recently.  “Clemson is still a top school for me.  They’ve been a stop school since I was like tenth grade.  They are definitely one of my top schools.” After Clemson, Bolden has official visits in June scheduled with Georgia, Ohio State and Alabama. He has an official visit with Auburn slated for July. The recruiting networks are forecasting him strongly to Georgia.
