Coastal knocking on the top 10 door, #Clemson holds at #4

Coastal Carolina is ranked 11th in the new AP football ranking released Sunday afternoon. The Chanticleers moved up three spots following their win over BYU Saturday in Conway. Two of the AP voters put the Chants as high as #7 on their ballot. Clemson remained at #4 this week. The Tigers used a big second half to blow out Virginia Tech in Blacksburg last night. The Tigers did lose five points in the poll while #5 Texas A&M gained eight. Alabama earned all 62 first place votes. Notre Dame is ranked second and Ohio State third.
