He also has offers from USC, Louisville, North Carolina, West Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, Duke, Arkansas, Mississippi State, Tennessee, Coastal Carolina and others. Randall is rated as a four-star prospect in the 247Sports Composite. He’s ranked nationally 36th among receivers, and he’s the #5 ranked prospect in South Carolina for the 2022 class. Randall’s former quarterback is USC freshman Luke Doty. His former running made a receiver JJ Jones is headed to North Carolina.
