A running back offered by Clemson, Javian Mallory of Boca Raton, FL, committed to Miami on Sunday to no one’s surprise. The Tigers, on the same day, moved on to another target in Jae Lamar (6-0 205) of Moultrie, GA. Lamar visited Clemson for the resumption of spring practice and picked up the offer from Dabo Swinney and CJ Spiller. He previously had Clemson listed in his top ten along with Georgia, Ohio State, Miami, Auburn, Florida State, Florida, Alabama, North Carolina and Tennessee. Lamar visited Ohio State on Thursday and Florida State on Saturday. He has set official visits to Auburn May 16th, Georgia May 30th, Miami June 13th and Florida State June 20th. He has set July 4th for a commitment date. Georgia is the projected favorite. Last season Lamar rushed for 885 yards, averaging nearly eight yards per carry, and 11 touchdowns.
Clemson Sunday also offered CB Khary Adams (6-2 175) of Towson, MD while he was in for a visit. Adams visited USC on Friday. He has been working with top ten of South Carolina, Oregon, LSU, Notre Dame, Southern Cal, Maryland, Syracuse, Penn State, Auburn and Michigan. He has officials set to Auburn Mary 16th, USC May 30th, Penn State June 6th, Notre Dame June 13th and Oregon June 20th. Adams is considered one of the top corner prospects in the class after totaling 39 tackles, 12 pass break ups and four interceptions last season.
Christ Church WR Jude Hall visited Clemson on Sunday as the Tigers were back on the field for spring practice. Hall last week recommitted from Duke. Furman and Cincinnati have also offered Hall. Last season he had 57 catches for 795 yards and 5 touchdowns.
OT Leo Delaney of Charlotte planned to visit Clemson Sunday as the Tigers resumed spring practice.
South Carolina and Clemson target WR Ryan Mosley visited Alabama Sunday. He was at USC Friday and at Clemson March 8th. He has also visited Georgia this spring and has other trips coming up to Texas A&M, Florida, Florida State, Tennessee and Penn State.
South Carolina commitment CB Peyton Dyer plans to visit Ohio State Monday for a spring practice. He’s also visited Georgia this month.
RB Ja’Michael Jones of Montgomery, AL, who had an offer from South Carolina but never visited, committed to Ole Miss.
South Carolina target DE Rodney Dunham of Charlotte visited Notre Dame over the weekend. He’s also been to Georgia this month and was at USC for a junior day in January. He has official visits set with Georgia, USC, Duke, Notre Dame and Tennessee.
USC and Clemson target OT Darius Gray visited LSU Saturday. He’s also visited USC and Clemson this month and is scheduled to visit Michigan April 8th.
Clemson target CB Ayden Pouncey visited Notre Dame on Sunday. This month he has also visited th Carolina, LSU and Georgia and he will visit Michigan on the 28th.
Clemson target OT Ekene Ogboko visited LSU over the weekend for two days. He has officials set with Clemson, Georgia, Alabama and Notre Dame.
LB Cincere Johnson of Cleveland, who has a Clemson offer, will visit Ohio State Tuesday, Florida this weekend and Alabama April 12th. He has officials with Penn State, Alabama, Oklahoma, Ohio State and Southern Cal.
Clemson target DT Bryce Perry-Wright plans to visit Texas A&M this Saturday. He has officials set with Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, Texas and Texas A&M. He visited Clemson on March 8th.
Clemson target DE Dre Quinn visited Alabama over the weekend. He’s also seen Clemson and Georgia this month.
Clemson target CB Danny Odem of Farrell, PA will visit Ohio State Tuesday and Vanderbilt Saturday. He was at Clemson for the Elite Retreat and was offered then by the Tigers.

South Carolina is among the schools having interest in 6-5 Long Beach State transfer 6-5 Devin Askew according to The Portal Report. He averaged 19 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists per game this season. He’s a native of Sacramento.
College of Charleston reserve forward Elijah Jones is transferring per Rivals. He spent one season with the Cougars and his next school will be his fifth including a season in junior college.
