CHARLOTTE: Two years ago, Miami brought back Mario Cristobal in hopes of returning the program to national prominence. After two seasons, the arrow is pointing up for the Hurricanes. There was a small step forward from 5-7 in year one to 7-6 in year two, but with an influx of transfer talent, especially at quarterback, the Canes appear poised to make a big move in the ACC in 2024. And that would be good for the league which certainly needs the nationally attractive Hurricanes to make some noise once again.
