The USC women’s basketball team officially went to work Wednesday to defend the national championship they won last spring in Minneapolis. Leading the charge will be senior power forward Aliyah Boston, last year’s SEC Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year, and the Naismith Defensive Player of the Year.
Boston has worked to improve her game, in particular her three-point shooting which we wants to add to her offensive arsenal this season. Wednesday after practice, Boston met with the media to discuss her off-season work and goals for this coming season.
