As rain blanketed much of the state on Friday, Clemson football moved out to the Jervey Meadows practice fields to pick up the intensity of fall camp. Dealing with high humidity and damp turf, the Tigers got in their final workout before tomorrow’s first scrimmage of the preseason.
Following practice, Clemson made available defensive end Myles Murphy to talk about the hot day on the Meadows and how the defensive line is coming together. According to TigerNet.com, NFL scouts from the Broncos, Dolphins, and Seahawks were in attendance to take a peek at Clemson’s defensive front. Quarterback D.J. Uiagalelei and running back Kobe Pace were also a part of the media availability to update the offense’s progress. You can hear the players’ comments below, courtesy of Clemson Sports Information.
