Clemson offensive line coach Matt Luke now as a center to go along with the two offensive tackles who committed to him on Saturday. Sunday afternoon Grant Wise (6-3 310) of Milton, FL announced a commitment to the Tigers coming off his weekend visit. He chose the Tigers over Tennessee, Oregon, Miami and Alabama.
“Made the best decision of my life last night, I’m ALL IN with the Clemson Tigers,” Wise posted on social media in announcing his commitment.
Wise had had a heavy dose of Clemson recruiting over the last year. He made several visits in 2024 and followed those up with his visit over the weekend. He is also scheduled for an official visit the first weekend in June.
“I talk to Coach Luke and Coach Cramer just about every week,” Wise said recently. “I’ve liked them since day one. I’ve been to three games, a summer camp, a junior day. I feel that we have a really good connection. Coach Luke came in and turned the O-line room around. They played really good this year. They had some injuries here and there, and they had guys step up and obviously compete and play at the highest level, so they did well this year, and that’s huge to me.”
Wise is the fourth commitment for Clemson coming out of the weekend. He’s the ninth commitment for the 2026 class and the third for the offensive line.
