CHARLOTTE: The West Coast part of the newly expanded ACC family made their appearances Tuesday at the ACC Kickoff with Cal and Stanford generating a lot of interest because, well, they’re not well known in these parts. The Golden Bears had a late season surge winning their last three games to make a bowl in 2023. They lost however, and that left them with a losing record for a fourth straight year. Coach Justin Wilcox hopes to build on that regular season finish with an up and coming quarterback and a new play caller.
