South Carolina already has a quarterback commitment in the 2026 class in Landon Duckworth of Alabama. Sunday, the Gamecocks are scheduled to have on campus for a visit another 2026 quarterback prospect in Jared Curtis (6-3 210) of Nashville according to Steve Wiltfong of 247Sports. Curtis is scheduled to visit Georgia Saturday. Curtis recently named a top five of Alabama, Florida State, Ohio State, Tennessee and Texas A&M. Last season Curtis passed for 2522 yards and 25 touchdowns. As a freshman he passed for 2313 and 27 touchdowns.
OT Jaylen Gilchrist has set a visit with USC for January 27th.

USC offered RB/WR Zymear Smith (6-0 170) of Ridgely, MD. Last season he rushed for 670 yards and 8 touchdowns and caught 12 passes for 427 yards and 4 touchdowns. Kentucky also offered Friday. He also has offers from Syracuse, Wake Forest, Maryland, Texas, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, Pitt, Georgia, Penn State and Boston College.
USC offered 2026 CB Kevin White (6-1 170) of Miami.
