South Carolina will roll into November on a four-game losing streak and a 2-6 record, but the Gamecocks will also be home for the entire month, and four wins in their last four games will make their bowl eligible. On his conference call Sunday night, coach Shane Beamer again praised his team’s effort in the loss to Texas A&M, but noted they have a lot to clean up if they are going to run the table next month.
The Gamecocks will host Jacksonville State Saturday for a noon kickoff, and they are favored by 14.5 points.
