USC coach Lamont Paris along with players Meechie Johnson and Ta’Lon Cooper made the rounds of the SEC Media Day Wednesday at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Mountain Brook, AL, just outside of Birmingham. After completing his required segments with the writers and the folks from television, Paris met outside the hotel for a few minutes with us and John Whittle of TheBigSpur to talk in more detail about his team and practice to this point.
