Clemson football pulled out the pads and made its way over to Jervey Meadows for practice number six of fall camp on Thursday. The media in attendance noticed a few interesting things during the first few periods of the morning workout. According to David Hood of Tigernet.com, backup quarterback Hunter Helms was seen in a walking boot at practice, while defensive tackles coach Nick Eason went “All-In” for the first day of full pads. Hood writes that Eason was wearing a helmet, gloves, and a reflective face shield during warm-ups.
After the session, wide receiver Antonio Williams was made available to the media to update them on the first week of preseason practice.
