It’s the middle of July and every college football coach in the country is undefeated. In the coming weeks, the major players will be making appearances at various events to talk up their teams. In South Carolina, the traditional start to Talking Season (as coined by Steve Spurrier) is the South Carolina Coaches for Charity hosted by Fisher DeBerry.
This year’s event, the 14th in South Carolina, will be held on Monday night at the Marriott in Charleston. Earlier this week Coach DeBerry joined us on SportsTalk for a preview.
