2024 OT Blake Franks of Greenville said he will take visits to USC, Clemson and possibly Auburn in January before making his final decision. He is looking at a date in February, possibly his mother’s birthday on the 7th, for making his announcement. Franks also has Florida, Ole Miss, North Carolina, Miami, Alabama and Florida State on his short list. Franks last visited Clemson for the USC game, and he last visited USC December 17th.
Clemson offered 2024 CB Ashton Hampton (6-2 175) of Tallahassee. Florida State, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tulane, Florida A&M, Missouri State and Middle Tennessee State are some other offers. He also plays receiver.
2024 TE Christian Bentancur named a top 3 of Clemson, Oregon and Ohio State.
2024 OT Kam Pringle of Woodland took to Twitter Wednesday night to clear the air on any rumors that he’s committed to a school. “I am NOT committed to any school silently or publicly; my recruitment is still 100% open unless you hear otherwise from me!!”
USC DE commitment Zavion Hardy said this week he has received his clearance from the NCAA and is planning to sign with the Gamecocks February 1st. Hardy has been committed to the Gamecocks since August.
2024 DT Hevin Brown-Shuler of Atlanta plans to announce his favorite schools New Year’s Day. Clemson and USC have been heavily involved.
2024 SAF KJ Bolden of Buford, GA plans to name his favorites on New Year’s Day. Clemson and USC are among his long list of offers.
2024 WR Jonathan Paylor of Burlington, NC was offered by Colorado. He also has offers from USC and Clemson among several others.
2024 WR Boo Carter of Chattanooga named a top five of Ohio State, Oregon, Colorado, Tennessee and Michigan. Clemson was on his previous short list.
USC target 2024 TE Caleb Odom of Carrollton, GA was offered by Georgia Tech.
2024 LB TJ Capers of Miami, who was offered by USC, named a final five of Miami, Colorado, Georgia, Southern Cal and Louisville.
