#STRecruiting Notebook 6-22

USC was the leader for OT Oluwatosin Babalade of Hyattsville, MD following his official visit the weekend of June 10th. But after visiting Ohio State last weekend, Babalade now has the Buckeyes even with the Gamecocks at the top of his list. “Ohio State kind of blew me away. It’s an honest debate right now,” Babalade said. Babalade said he plans to make another visit to USC at some point. He is on an official visit to Rutgers this week, and he will take one to Maryland this weekend. He also made an official visit to North Carolina the first weekend of the month.

DT Stephiylan Greene (6-4 275) of Rome, GA will make his public commitment tonight at 6:00 PM. . He made an official visit to Clemson June 3rd, and that was his only visit of the month despite strong overtures from Georgia, Ohio State and Alabama. He also had Tennessee and Ole Miss on his short list. He also made an unofficial visit to Clemson in the spring.

Clemson target WR Noah Rogers of Rolesville, NC committed to Ohio State Wednesday marking the third day in a row the Buckeyes landed a heavily recruited receiver for the 2023 class. He took an official visit to Columbus last weekend. Rogers took an official visit to Clemson the first weekend of June and was scheduled for an official visit to North Carolina this coming weekend. Last season Rogers caught 70 passes for 1432 yards and 22 touchdowns.

Camden DT Xzavier McLeod has set an official visit to Michigan starting Thursday. He was at LSU last weekend and now calls the Tigers his favorite. He also plans to name his top six schools tonight at 7:00.

Ridge View WR Zion Agnew was offered by Charlotte.

LB Miquel Dingle (6-1 210) of Byrnes, son of former USC RB Mike Dingle, committed to Texas Tech.

Former USC OT Jazston Turnetine is transferring to Florida State.

Michigan INF Riley Bertram is transferring to Clemson for his final season. He started 62 games this season and hit .298 with 2 home runs and 40 RBIs. At Michigan he was a .272 career hitter with 2 homers and 66 RBIs, and he committed 20 errors.

2025 6-3 Jordan Watford of Lancaster has been drawing interest from USC and Clemson from the evaluation events this month.
