USC, Texas A&M, Southern Cal and North Carolina were cut from his earlier short list. Mims is ranked the #2 offensive tackle in the country and the #1 prospect in Georgia in the 247Sports composite.
USC is in the top 13 with 4-star DE Shambre Jackson (6-4 243) of Orlando. The others are Georgia, Florida State, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Auburn, LSU, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, Southern Cal, Miami and Texas A&M. He’s ranked by the 247Sports composite the #15 strongside defensive end in the country and the #27 prospect in Florida.
USC offered DT Tommy Akingbesote (6-4 250) of Upper Marlboro, MD. Maryland, Boston College and East Carolina are some of his other offers.
2022 SAF Jeadyn Lukus of Mauldin was offered by Arkansas.
6-5 Dillon Jones of Columbia was offered by Western Carolina.
