Clemson announced the signing of 6-7 Blake Davidson of Santa Ana, CA, the brother of Nevada transfer Nick Davidson who signed earlier this month with the Tigers. Blake originally signed with Nevada but got his release. Last season he averaged 10 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists per game. He is the fourth high school signee for Brad Brownell’s 2025 class and the ninth newcomer overall.
College of Charleston coach Chris Mack has announced the signing of graduate transfer guard Connor Hickman to the 2025-2026 roster. A 1,000 point scorer, Hickman spent the 2024-2025 season at Cincinnati, playing in 13 games before missing the rest of the season due to injury. Prior to his injury, Hickman made seven starts averaging 4.9 ppg, 2.6 rpg, and 1.2 apg while shooting 41% from the field. He reached double-figure points on three occasions.

2027 RB Trenton Lynch (5-9 185) of Spartanburg visited South Carolina on Tuesday. Last season he rushed for 1400 yards and 17 touchdowns. He’s also made spring visits to Clemson, Tennessee and Duke. He visited Boston College and East Carolina in January.
2027 DE Anthony Sweeney (6-4 220) of Olney, MD visited South Carolina on Tuesday. He visited Ohio State Sunday. The Gamecocks offered him last Octobers. He also has offers from Auburn, Rutgers, North Carolina, Oregon, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin, Penn State, Georgia, Duke, Indiana, Tennessee, Maryland, Syracuse, Minnesota, Miami, Florida and others. He also visited Clemson last October.
Dutch Fork DE Julian Walker plans to visit South Carolina Friday for the spring game. He also visited USC last month to watch a spring practice. He has also been to Wake Forest, NC State, Missouri, Tennessee and Michigan this spring.
DT Brian Harris of Jacksonville plans to visit USC Friday for the spring game. He also visited USC in January, and has also been to Florida and Michigan. He has seven official visits scheduled at this point with USC, Stanford, Oklahoma, Auburn, Michigan, Mississippi State and Penn State.
