Clemson and South Carolina target WR Gordon Sellars of Charlotte has set April 18 for commitment announcement. He was at Clemson for the Elite Retreat and was scheduled to be at Ohio State yesterday. He is scheduled to visit Michigan April 11th. He also has official visits set with Clemson, USC, Georgia, Michigan and North Carolina in June.
Carvers Bay OT Zyon Guiles will make his commitment announcement Friday at 1030 AM at his school. Guiles listed USC, Clemson, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia and Florida State.
OT Darius Gray was at South Carolina Monday for his previously scheduled visit. He’s also been to Tennessee and Clemson this month. He is scheduled to visit LSU March 21st and Michigan April 8th. He has officials set with Virginia Tech, Virginia, Georgia, Clemson, Tennessee, Auburn, LSU, Penn State and USC.
South Carolina target DT Brian Harris set an official visit to Mississippi State June 17th.
South Carolina offered 2027 OT Sebastian Waddell (6-6 270) of Philadelphia.
CB Khary Adams of Towson, MD will visit USC on Friday and Clemson on Sunday according to Chad Simmons of On3. Adams also visited USC in January. He has also visited Penn State and has April visits set with Oregon and Michigan. Adams has set official visits to Auburn May 16th, USC May 30th, Penn State June 6th, Notre Dame June 13th and Oregon June 20th.
South Carolina target DT Trashawn Ruffin of Calypso, NC flipped from Texas A&M to North Carolina. Ruffin visited USC for a game last season and had the Gamecocks down for an official visit for June 20th.
Clemson target DT Daverin Geralds of Suwanee, GA plans to visit Ole Miss Tuesday. Geralds visited Clemson for the Elite Retreat and this to say abouit his time with the Tigers: “It was a good visit. They did a great job diving deep into their program and letting me know what it takes to be a Clemson Tiger. It was good to meet the new DC as well. He seems like a fiery guy and is very passionate. Coach Swinney is awesome. It was good to see his track record on screen and see how he compares against the rest of college head coaches. He wins a lot.”
Clemson target DT Marcus Almada was offered by Penn State.
