Marshall OF Evan Bottone (5-10 185) is headed to South Carolina, he announced on social media Thursday night. The native of Bay Village, OH played his first two college seasons at Akron. This season at Marshall, he hit .381 with eight homers and 41 RBIs. He was named All Sun Belt First Team.
Former Clemson OF Bryce Clavon is headed to Penn State. With Clemson this season, he started 38 of the 42 games he played in. He hit .255 with five homers and 18 RBIs.
