
Despite having future NFL Draft picks in quarterback Spencer Rattler and wide receiver Xavier Legette last season, the South Carolina offense could muster only 26 points per game which ranked 77th nationally. That was six points less per game than in 2022.
Now with a revamped offensive line, a dual-threat quarterback in LaNorris Sellers and a future NFL running back in Rocket Sanders, plus a deep group of receivers and tight ends, USC offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains is confident the offense will be much improved in 2024.
Wednesday Loggains met with the media for the first time since the start of pre-season camp in early August.
