Stability and progress are two words that accurately describe the state of the Presbyterian College football program. Head coach Steve Englehart is about to begin his third season with the Blue Hose. His arrival capped a tumultuous period in which PC had three head coaches in as many seasons.
So, the stability is there, and the progress is evident by virtue of the fourth victories in 2023. Not only that, five of the losses were by ten points or less. So, add competitive to the description of the current state of the Blue Hose.
They want more in 2024. Both coach and players believe this team can compete in the Pioneer League for a championship. Their season starts August 29th at Mercer.
