CHARLOTTE: Florida State was king of the mountain in the ACC last season, but are they the new kingpin of the ACC? One thing for certain, the Seminoles will be highly motivated after being left out of the CFP because of the injury to standout quarterback Jordan Travis late in the season. They thought they should have been in anyway with their 13-0 mark. The committed thought otherwise. A talented Florida State team with a chip on the shoulder will be a lot to handle this season.
