TL Hanna CB Cam Strong (6-1 170) had a busy January taking junior day visits to West Virginia, NC State and Georgia Tech. He plans to take more unofficial visits in March, and then he’ll take his official visits in June. Those visits and dates have not been determined.
Clemson and USC recruiters were among those who came through his school in January for a visit. Strong said he talked recently with Clemson cornerbacks coach Mike Reed who was just checking in with him. He’s also met with USC recruiter Justin Stepp at his school and talked on the phone with secondary coach Torrian Gray. Gray invited him to visit this spring.
Other schools to come through TL Hanna in January for Strong included Duke, NC State, Charlotte, Tennessee, West Virginia, Virginia Tech and East Carolina. His most recent offers came from Georgia Tech, East Carolina and Jacksonville State.
Strong said Clemson has continued to show good interest, and he’s also been getting solid interest from NC State, West Virginia and Georgia Tech.
