Clemson target DE Isaiah Campbell (6-5 265) of Durham, NC is set to announce his college commitment Monday morning sometime around 9:00 AM according to his father. Campbell is coming off a visit to Clemson Saturday for a junior day. He also visited Clemson for a junior day last year and for the Notre Dame game in November. Campbell had been working with a short list of Clemson, Alabama, Oklahoma, Note Dame, LSU, Duke, Penn State, North Carolina, NC State and Miami. He also picked up recent offers from Georgia Tech, Texas A&M and Ohio State. He was second team All-state last season.
OT Mat Waldrep (6-5 295) of Phenix City, AL visited Clemson Saturday for the junior day. He said it was a very good visit and he enjoyed visiting with Dabo Swinney and new offensive line coach Matt Luke. He has also visited Auburn and plans to visit Alabama this weekend.
