#STRecruiting Notebook 12-11

Clemson Sunday offered 2025 Belton-Honea Path RB Marquise Henderson (5-10 170), but not just as a running back. The Tigers see Henderson as an athlete who could play in the slot or in the secondary, primarily at safety. Clemson became his 17th offer. He had previously named a top six of Cincinnati, Virginia, Virginia Tech, NC State, Vanderbilt and Georgia Tech. This season Henderson rushed for 2336 yards and 37 touchdowns.

Marion CB Quaysheed Scott announced Sunday he is sticking with his commitment to Kentucky and won’t take an official visit to USC this coming weekend as he had previously planned. Scott took his official visit to Kentucky this past weekend.

USC target RB Daniel Hill made an official visit over the weekend to Mississippi State. He has also taken official visits to USC, Alabama, Auburn and Tennessee.

UTEP transfer OL Justin Mayers, who had an offer from USC committed to Colorado.

Kansas State transfer CB Will Lee, who had an offer from USC, committed to Texas A&M.

FIU transfer DT Jordan Guerad, who was offered by USC, committed to Minnesota.

Former Clemson WR Beaux Collins committed to Notre Dame.

Hampton-Sydney transfer WR Jamahdia Whitby (6-4 205) committed to Coastal Carolina. In his career he had 81 catches for 883 yards and 10 touchdowns.
