2025 OT David Sanders Jr. of Charlotte visited South Carolina Saturday for the football game and stayed over until Sunday morning. That was his first visit with the Gamecocks since a visit back in April He visited Clemson earlier in the season and also last March. He is planning to visit either Florida State or Ohio State this weekend according to Steve Wiltfong of 247Sports followed by a trip to Tennessee. He will go to Michigan at the end of the month.
Some of the other prospects to visit, or who planned to visit, USC Saturday included 2025 center Jaquavious Dodd (6-6 215) of Eastside, 2025 QB Jaden Page (6-1 175) of Eastside, 2025 TE Brady Ambrose of Catawba Ridge, 2025 DE Evan Harvey (6-3 225) of Tyrone, GA, 2026 OT Anthony Baxter (6-4 335) of South Pointe, 2026 LB Terry Gordon (5-11 220) of South Florence, 2026 RB Amari Latimer (5-10 180) of Tyrone, GA, 2026 OL Malcolm Gatson (6-5 315) of McCormick, 2026 DT Noah Clark (6-5 300) of Durham and 2027 OT Israel Harris (6-2 330) of James Island.
Some of the prospects to visit, or who planned to visit, Clemson Saturday included 2025 OT Max Buchannan (6-5 290) of Sanford, FL, 2025 LB Brett Clatterbaugh of Culpepper, VA, 2025 DE Isaiah Campbell of Durham, 2025 WR Jordan Allen of Buford, GA, 2025 SAF Jontae Gilbert of Atlanta, 2025 LB/TE Brock Feinberg of Wando and 2025 OT Shed Sarratt of Gaffney. Allen picked up an offer from Tennessee last week, and Sarratt was offered by USC Friday.
Clemson offered 2025 SAF Jontae Gilbert of Atlanta, 2025 DE Isaiah Gibson (6-5 250) of Warner Robins, GA vand 2025 CB Mark Manfred (6-3 180) of Marietta, GA. Gilbert was actually offered by Clemson in September but couldn’t officially announce it until he visited campus for the first time which was Saturday.
CB Kam Mikell has USC in his top six and will announce his commitmetn decision November 23rd. The other five on his list are Tennessee, Colorado, Kentucky, Texas A&M and Georgia. Mikell made his official visit to USC in June. He has also taken official visits to Georgia, Georgia Tech and Colorado and is scheduled for one to Tennessee November 18th.
2025 OT Jaylen Gilchrist plans to visit USC for Kentucky game. He also visited for the Florida game.
2025 DE Isaiah Gibson of Warner Robins, GA said this about his visit to Clemson Saturday: “I can honestly say that Clemson has sky rocketed in my recruitment just from Coach Dabo Swinney offering me in the middle of the paw right before the Notre dame game.”
6-6 Jamier Jones of Orlando visited USC Saturday and picked up an offer from the Gamecocks. Jones is regarded as one of the top prospects in the 2025 class. He visited LSU last month. He also has offers from UCF, Cincinnati, Indiana, Ole Miss, Texas, Missouri, USF, Texas A&M, Houston, Kansas, Providence, Illinois and others.
USC also offered 2025 6-9 AJ Dybantsa of Napa, CA. He’s ranked the #1 player in the country in his class by 247Sports. He’s a native of Brocton, MA and plays for Prolific Prep.
2025 6-0 ZaKiyah Johnson of Shelbyville, KY has USC in her top 12. The others are LSU, Southern Cal, Tennessee, UCLA, Arizona, Connecticut, Notre Dame, Georgia, Louisville, Ohio State and Mississippi State.
6-3 Justin Ray of Eastside took an official visit to Monmouth over the weekend.
