The Gamecocks fell short at Tennessee, Saturday, and will now turn their focus to getting healthy and game planning for Florida’s visit to Williams-Brice Stadium on Oct. 14th. South Carolina is especially thin along the offensive line and wide receiver position where the injuries have continued to mount.

Shane Beamer lamented South Carolina’s inability to capitalize on their opportunities, especially the offense’s lack of success on 3rd down (2 of 14). With the 41-20 loss to the Volunteers, USC falls to 2-3 overall and 1-2 in conference play.
