Wednesday morning’s practice marked the last bit of heavy lifting for the USC football team regarding preparations for Saturday night’s season opener against North Carolina in Charlotte. The Gamecocks are 2.5-point underdogs to a Tar Heel team looking for some redemption from a poor finish last season, not to mention a loss to the Gamecocks in Charlotte in the 2021 Mayo Bowl.
Wednesday afternoon, USC offensive coordinator Dowell Loggains, defensive coordinator Clayton White and special teams coordinator Pete Lembo met with the media to answer some final questions about their players and what to look forward to in the Tar Heels.
