For most of the football-playing world, today was Wednesday. However, at Clemson, it’s a Monday as the Tigers prepare to travel to Duke for their season opener on Labor Day night. Clemson has been installed as a nearly two-touchdown favorite over the Blue Devils for the 8pm kickoff on ESPN television.
So, to transition into “Game Week,” several of the Tiger players and coordinators Garrett Riley and Wes Goodwin met with the media to cap off preseason practice and to lay out their thoughts about the matchup with Duke.
