#STRecruiting: Greenville High WR Tyler Brown announces for #Clemson

Tyler Brown

Clemson Thursday added a fourth receiver to their 2023 recruiting class when Tyler Brown (6-0 180) of Greenville announced that he had committed to the Tigers. Brown was once a Minnesota commitment but he backed off of that in mid-October. He then visited Clemson for the Syracuse and Louisville games and was offered by receivers coach Tyler Grisham.

Brown is part of an explosive offense with the Red Raiders who play Friday night in the 4A state semi-finals against Northwestern. Thus far this season, Brown has 51 catches for 835 yards and 12 touchdowns. He caught 71 passes as a junior for 1034 yards and 15 touchdowns. For his career, Brown has caught 140 passes for 2399 yards and 32 touchdowns. He has averaged over 17 yards per catch in his career.

Brown joins 5-11 Misun Kelley of Daniel, 6-3 Ronan Hanafin of Cambridge, MA and 6-3 Noble Johnson of Rockwall, TX as receiver commitments for the Clemson 2023 class.
