Expectations are running sky high at SC State this month as the Bulldogs are looking to defend their MEAC Championship and make a return trip to the Celebration Bowl in Atlanta, site of their impressive win over Jackson State last season.
The Bulldogs return the bulk of their starters including quarterback Corey Fields (2320 yards & 18 touchdowns), running back Kendrell Flowers (857 yards & 10 touchdowns, wide receiver Shaq Davis (43 catches, 864 yards & 8 touchdowns) and defensive end Jeblonski Green (41 tackles, 17.5 tackles for loss & 2.5 sacks)
Wednesday, we commenced the 2022 Palmetto Pigskin Tour in Orangeburg at SC State and were joined by head coach Buddy Pough, starting center Eric Brown and starting safety Jaylen Evans.
