#ACCKickoff: Virginia Tech’s Brent Pry (AUDIO)

(ACC/Jaylynn Nash)

First-year Virginia Tech head coach Brent Pry closed out the string of coaches taking the stage at the ACC Kickoff in Charlotte, Thursday. Pry was an assistant with the Hokies in the 90s under Frank Beamer. Pry will look to duplicate his mentor’s run of success and recreate the atmosphere that made Blacksburg gamedays famous. Pry will first have to retool an offense that lost its quarterback to the transfer portal (Braxton Burmeister, San Diego State). Former Gamecocks quarterback Jason Brown is one of the new faces vying for snaps under center.
