


Two of the five USC scholarship players who were in the NCAA Transfer Portal announced their new schools Sunday. Guard Erik Stevenson is headed to West Virginia, and forward Ta’Quan Woodley will follow Frank Martin to Massachusetts. Stevenson is transferring for a third time. His previous stops were Wichita State and Washington. In his one season at USC, he averaged twelve points and five rebounds per game. Woodley was a freshman with the Gamecocks this season and averaged two points and three rebounds per game.
New UMass coach Frank Martin offered 6-10 GG Jackson of Ridge View. Jackson could have a decision on his future plans later in the week, or next week at the latest. His top choices have been USC, Duke, North Carolina, Auburn, Georgetown and the G League.
Former Hartsville High and USC guard Trae Hannibal announced a transfer from Murray State to LSU following his coach at Murray to Baton Rouge.
Clemson quarterback target Christopher Vizzina plans to make a visit Monday. Vizzina Sunday earned in invite to the Elite 11 Finals in Los Angeles this summer. He has also made recent visits to Auburn, Ohio State and Ole Miss.
Clemson running back target Justice Haynes visited Alabama over the weekend.
Clemson and USC target TE Reid Mikeska visited Florida over the weekend.
Clemson target WR Tyler Williams visited Florida over the weekend.
USC target DT Xzavier McLeod of Camden visited Florida State and Florida over the weekend.
USC target DB Jaremiah Anglin visited Florida over the weekend.
USC target CB RJ Johnson plans to visit Auburn Monday.
USC and Clemson target DT Jordan Hall was offered by LSU.
Chapin OT Chase Sweigart has accepted a PWO offer from USC. He also had PWO offers from Auburn, Penn State and Florida.
LB Josiah Trotter of Philadelphia, who has Clemson and USC on his short list, plans to announce a commitment April 15th. The others on his list are Virginia Tech, Penn State and West Virginia.
OT Sullivan Absher of Belmont, NC named a final three of Clemson, Notre Dame and NC State.
2024 WR Ny Carr of Moultrie, GA has USC in his top eight with Tennessee, Penn State, Ohio State, Michigan, Georgia, Southern Cal and Arkansas.
LB Amare Campbell (6-2 215) of Manassas, VA visited Clemson Friday.

ATH Zack Myers of Arden, NC planned to visit USC Saturday. He has an offer from the Gamecocks.
