The basketball gods have never really smiled on the Clemson Tigers but the past few days they’ve been downright cruel. Last week, Clemson ran the gauntlet of matchups with UNC, Duke, and Notre Dame; a trio that makes up three of the top four teams in the Atlantic Coast Conference. It’s also a group that handed the Tigers three consecutive losses in the span of five days.
On Monday, Tigers head coach Brad Brownell jumped on board with the ACC media to reflect on last week and preview Tuesday’s rematch with Florida State. The Seminoles are the last team that Clemson beat prior to its current four-game losing streak. PJ Hall scored fifteen points to lead four players in double-figures in Clemson’s 75-69 victory over FSU on February 2nd at Littlejohn Coliseum. Brownell also lamented his beloved Cincinnati Bengals loss to LA in the Super Bowl, while discussing Hunter Tyson’s future with the program.
