The Clemson Tigers practiced on Wednesday afternoon, prior to Thursday’s planned workout in full pads. Afterwards, head coach Dabo Swinney updated the media on the progress of his team thus far in camp.
The veteran coach says he’s very excited about what he’s seen from his wide receiving corps. Adding that his team is, “building a foundation for the season right now. We’re not getting ready for Georgia. We’re building a foundation for the whole season.”
Clemson will also work out on Friday before its first scrimmage at Memorial Stadium on Saturday morning.
