Spring practice rolls on for Clemson with the Tigers holding their sixth workout on Friday afternoon. The only major news coming from head coach Dabo Swinney in his media session after practice was that cornerback Malcolm Greene will have shoulder surgery after the team goes on spring break the end of next week. Swinney said the procedure is just to clean up some things in the shoulder and he’ll be fine by the summer.
Swinney also said backup quarterback Taisun Phommachanh due to Covid protocol.
The Tigers will practice again Saturday and then twice next week before taking off for spring break.
