#Gamecocks quarterback Hilinski to undergo arthroscopic surgery for torn meniscus

South Carolina quarterback Ryan Hilinski will have arthroscopic surgery to repair a small tear of the lateral meniscus in his left knee, according to a release from the university athletic department.
