



The first of the Clemson veterans with NFL Draft eligibility is moving on. All-ACC cornerback Avieon Terrell announced Monday he will forgo his final season of eligibility with the Tigers and enter his name in the draft, which this year will be held on April 26th.

In his three seasons with the Tigers, Terrell totaled 125 tackles, 25 pass deflections, nine tackles for loss, eight forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, and three interceptions.
Terrell was named to the First Team All-ACC Team for this season, and is a semi-finalist for the Jim Thorpe Award. He was a Second Team All-ACC selection last season.
Terrell is ranked the #38 prospect in the Draft by DraftCuntdown.com. His brother, AJ, is an All-Pro corner with the Falcons who was drafted out of Clemson with the 16th pick of the 2020 Draft.
