STRecruiting: South Carolina and Clemson basketball hosting transfer portal targets Saturday

According to Jamie Shaw of On3, 6-8 Elijah Strong of Boston College and 6-10 Jake Wahlin of Utah are visiting South Carolina and Clemson respectively today as transfer targets.

Strong is a native of Charlotte who played two seasons with the Eagles. In 40 games he averaged seven points and three rebounds per game. He shot 46% from the floor and 61% from the line.

Strong had a solid game against Clemson last season scoring 15 points and grabbing six rebounds in a loss to the Tigers.

Wahlin is a native of Provo, UT who played in 53 games in two seasons with the Utes. He averaged four points and four rebounds per game while shooting 45% from the floor and 63% from the foul line.

Thus far during this transfer season USC has signed four from the portal and Clemson has signed three.
