
Clemson defensive lineman Peter Woods says it didn’t take a starvation diet for him to drop fifteen “real” pounds during the offseason. Instead, quite the opposite.
“It was just little small tweaks in my diet, just a little bit extra everyday,” Woods explained regarding his weight loss. “Just so I can play more plays at a higher level for a longer period of time.”
The junior from Alabama met with the media recently to reveal the change in his body makeup and also update his team’s progress as the Tigers approach their spring game on Saturday.
